El-Sisi praised Japan’s longstanding partnership with Egypt, highlighting the discipline, efficiency and innovation that the Japanese model brings to the country’s education reforms.

The Japanese delegation reaffirmed their commitment to expanding the Egyptian-Japanese Schools project—now with 69 schools and “highly positive” eight-year results—while calling for more trained teachers and new educational stages. El-Sisi stressed Egypt’s determination to scale up the initiative, remove obstacles, and leverage Japan’s expertise to prepare a globally competitive generation.
