Kithure Kindiki, a seasoned politician and law professor, has taken over as Kenya’s Deputy President following the impeachment of Rigathi Gachagua. With a Ph.D. in International Law from the University of Pretoria, Kindiki has built a distinguished career as an academic, lawyer, and politician. He previously served as Senator for Tharaka-Nithi County, Senate Majority Leader, and most recently as Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of Interior and National Administration​.
